Meet Our Stars

The animals of NSTA are the personal pets of their handlers and include dogs, guinea pigs, cats, rabbits, llamas and miniature horses. All our therapy animals are specially trained and, along with their handlers, are tested and registered through the Pet Partners program, which requires a re-evaluation every two years. This registration allows our teams to volunteer in a variety of facilities such as hospitals, schools, libraries, nursing homes, hospice and physical therapy centers, assisted living facilities, and more.
